City need to drop points against Brighton to give Liverpool any chance of snatching the trophy on the final day, the final day of what has been an incredible domestic season has arrived and the title race is still to be decided – Read on to see Ryan Liberty thinks the day unfolds!

As a side note: There’s a 63000/1 chance that we could end the season in a premier league playoff between city and Liverpool if City lose 4-0 to Brighton and Liverpool draw 4-4 with Wolves. Worth a punt?

Brighton v Manchester City

Let’s be honest, City will win this. Yes I know that anything can happen in football – just look at what happened in Europe this past week – but Brighton don’t have the quality to cause the upset. City haven’t been the most convincing recently though, relying on the odd goal and the fact that they have been difficult to break down.

But anyone but Liverpool right?

Prediction: 0 – 2

Burnley v Arsenal

I’m going to take a bit of a chance here and make a big call somewhat prematurely. I expect Arsenal to go through against Valencia on Thursday and, if that’s the case, I suspect Unai Emery isn’t going to start a first-choice side against Burnley. Burnley are tough to beat anyway and will want to end the season on a bit of a high, the away double chance could offer the punter among us good value.

Prediction: 1 – 1

C Palace v Bournemouth

You would be excused if you looked at this game as one of those dead-rubber instances, especially given neither side has anything to play for. But on the final day when both sides are relaxed and really just looking forward to the summer, they can both afford to have a go and put on a bit of a show for their fans.

Prediction: 3 – 1

Fulham v Newcastle

Not much to talk about here, Newcastle will be their usual structured selves and Fulham will want to continue showing a bit of fight and possibly end up securing Scott Parker a job. I think this ends all square.

Prediction: 1 – 1

Leicester v Chelsea

Chelsea will want to win this and secure third spot, but when you look at in context, has Chelsea really had that bad a season? Leicester proved again that they are a difficult team to beat when they almost derailed City’s title challenge the other night.

I’ll be interested to see the team Chelsea put out if they are to advance against Frankfurt, but irrespective I think Leicester get something from this game.

Prediction: 2 – 2

Liverpool v Wolves

Wolves is going to be a tough game for Liverpool, they have had an incredible season and can be seriously proud of themselves. I think Liverpool have, to a certain extent, accepted that City will win the League and could start looking toward the Champions League final in Madrid.

Prediction: 2 – 1

Manchester United v Cardiff

I’m really disappointed with United, if they beat Huddersfield last week you would fancy them to do the same thing against Cardiff. Now against the backdrop of what had happened in midweek you’d back United to finish in a Champions League spot.

I hope for United’s sake they beat Cardiff by a big scoreline and give their fans that feel-good factor going into next season. Ole has a massive job to do in the summer so he’d want to end the season on a somewhat amicable note.

Prediction: 3 – 0

Southampton v Huddersfield

Southampton have had a good turn around this season and I think they’ll win this game, giving themselves some confidence going into next season. Back the home win here.

Prediction: 3 – 1

Tottenham v Everton

Everton are a good side with quality players, Spurs probably won’t be thinking about this game although they probably should be wanting to finish in that third spot. Everton have been poor on the road, those Spurs fans will be in full voice getting behind their side so I think they could just edge it.

Prediction: 2 – 1

Watford v West Ham

Troy Deeney returns after serving a three-match ban and will need to play to get match fitness back, he’s a massive character in that Watford side. Although the Hornets will have one eye on the FA Cup final I think they’ll make a couple changes here to their detriment.

Prediction: 1 – 3
